We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist. Do you fit the profile?
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
- Experienced with SAP and Oracle systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and one of these languages: German, French or Italian
- Excellent problem-solving, and organizational skills
As a Customer Service Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include managing customer requests, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring timely order processing. Here's a glimpse into your typical day:
- Process customer equipment orders and manage backorders to meet installation dates
- Coordinate with the technical department, maintenance contract service, and field service engineers
- Collaborate with field service sales for order processing, shipment deliveries, and invoicing
- Handle customer requests for invoices and provide information to credit management
- Monitor hardware orders, service contracts, and repairs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
