Our client is a global leader in the luxury fashion industry and we are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Manager.
Who We're Looking For:
We seek a talented leader with extensive experience managing large teams in a high-end customer service setting. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and excels in both English and German communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service department ensuring adherence to retail procedures and service excellence
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experiences and implement service improvements
Advising, Selling & Clienteling:
- Develop and execute Customer Service action plans to drive sales and enhance service quality
- Handle escalated issues in coordination with Online Retail and Client Development teams
- Analyze client interactions to optimize training and coaching strategies
Team Development:
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to support career development and retention
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment needs and manage onboarding of new team members
- Foster a positive work environment that recognizes and celebrates team achievements
What you bring:
- A few years of experience in managing a team of 8+ people
- Near-native fluency in German and English
- Able to commute to the Amsterdam office 4 days a week
- Enjoy providing excellent customer service and increasing the Sales revenue
- Retail/fashion industry is plus, but we are open to all industries as long as if you have relevant work experience
