We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Process Specialist. You're comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and you possess excellent communication skills.

• Proven experience in business process design and implementation
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement or project management
• Advanced analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field preferred
