On behalf of our client in the Consumer Goods industry, we are seeking an influential Strategic Marketing Manager – Northern Europe to drive marketing strategy and execution. This role plays a key part in shaping market growth plans, ensuring effective product launches, and delivering commercial results in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role offers significant scope to influence category performance and long-term market development.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 4P marketing strategies tailored to local market needs
- Drive product launches and promo campaigns across channels
- Identify market opportunities and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- Collaborate with various local and global teams
- Monitor market performance, analyze results, and recommend marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in commercial or downstream marketing, ideally within consumer goods/FMCG
- Strong experience and understanding in Northern Europe, preferably in the UK market
- Strong track record in market strategy, go-to-market execution, and product launches
- Analytical and strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
- Experienced in working in an international environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
