Sales & Marketing Intern (English, 6 Months)

This is a hands-on internship where you’ll combine sales and marketing responsibilities and work closely with the founder. The role offers flexibility and room for creativity—we value your ideas!

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Create engaging content (social media captions, newsletters, blogs, event descriptions)
• Manage social media (plan, schedule, track performance on Instagram & LinkedIn)
• Support marketing campaigns and analyze results
• Engage with our community via comments, DMs, and emails
  

Sales

• Assist with B2B outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Maintain our CRM and follow up with prospects
• Prepare reports and support internal communication processes
• Represent DYL NL at events (networking, fairs, talks)
• Help with cold outreach to potential partners and clients
  

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Interest in marketing, social media, and B2B sales.
• Passion for personal development and what we do.
• Organized, proactive, and creative.
• Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn outreach or basic design tools (Canva).
• Relevant coursework or prior experience (nice to have, not required).
