This is an exciting opportunity to join an international fashion brand headquartered in Amsterdam, where you will shape paid social strategy across multiple markets, drive performance at scale, and help connect a globally recognized brand with consumers across key social platforms. The Position

In this role, the Media Specialist will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across the mid and lower funnel, with a focus on driving consideration and conversion at scale. The position will play an important role in shaping how the brand connects with consumers across social platforms, using advanced audience strategies, automation, strong creative execution, and performance insights to maximize business impact.

Working across multiple European markets and languages, the Media Specialist will manage significant media investments and complex campaign structures while collaborating closely with creative, analytics, e-commerce, CRM, and agency partners.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across the mid and lower funnel, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Manage paid social investment and performance across multiple EMEA markets, driving efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement through testing and innovation.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and agency partners to develop and implement advanced creative strategies, including dynamic creative optimization, feed-based campaigns, and platform best practices.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for paid social platforms and technologies, identifying new opportunities, features, and capabilities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance and audience insights to deliver actionable recommendations and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the EMEA full funnel media strategy.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns, ideally within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience managing significant paid social budgets across multiple markets, languages, and campaign objectives.
  • Strong expertise across key paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
  • Advanced experience with Smartly.io, including creative automation, dynamic ads, feed management, and large-scale campaign execution.
  • Essential experience working with product feeds and feed-based campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn campaign performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across international teams and external partners.
