Our client is a global leader in advanced rail and new energy technologies, with operations across more than 60 countries. The company is known for its strong focus on innovation, engineering excellence and international growth, particularly in areas such as energy storage, power conversion and sustainable mobility.
Currently expanding, they are looking for an experienced New Energy Business Development Manager to join their team in Germany remotely.
Job Profile for New Energy Business Development Manager
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Be responsible for overseas market research, as well as lead and opportunity acquisition and follow-up
- Secure overseas project orders, conduct business negotiations, and sign contracts
- Be accountable for achieving sales targets and meeting the “two funds” performance metrics, among other responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with key accounts, maintain strong customer relationships, and gain insights into market opportunities in priority regions to proactively develop strategies
- Assume responsibility for the business unit’s overseas development targets and assist other departments within the company with market expansion initiatives
Candidate Profile for New Energy Business Development Manager
- Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of work experience - STEM background or experience in industry-specific marketing
- Priority will be given to candidates with overseas market resources and industry experience in new energy sectors such as PV inverters, hydrogen production power supplies, and energy storage PCS
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and high stress tolerance
