They are currently seeking a Senior SEO Consultant to join their team remotely from Europe.

Job Profile for Senior SEO Consultant
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead and deliver high-impact technical and strategic SEO campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients
• Act as Client Delivery Manager and progressively take ownership as Client Relationship Manager across long-standing accounts
• Serve as a trusted advisor by developing SEO strategies, solving complex technical challenges, and providing clear, actionable recommendations aligned with measurable business outcomes
• Build strong commercial understanding across industries including SaaS, eCommerce, Travel, and other sectors
• Support clients in improving visibility across both traditional organic search and AI-powered search experiences, including AI Overviews and LLM-based answer engines
• Mentor and coach SEO Consultants and junior team members, contributing to their professional development
• Contribute to internal transformation initiatives by enhancing SEO frameworks, processes, and best practices
• Support business development through strategic input into client pitches, proposals, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Take ownership of major client relationships while developing the skills and experience required to lead and manage a team in the future

Candidate Profile for Senior SEO Consultant

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced technical SEO knowledge, including crawlability, indexation, page speed optimisation, schema markup, page rendering and migrations
• Proven understanding of algorithm updates and their business impact, including EEAT, Helpful Content, Core Web Vitals, and core updates
• A strong awareness of AI search developments and how the evolving search landscape including LLM visibility and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), is reshaping SEO strategy and client recommendations
• Solid understanding of common website technologies such as CDN and CMS solutions, and their impact on performance
• Confident using tools including Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, GA4, and Looker Studio
• Strong understanding of core marketing concepts, such as positioning, targeting and audience segmentation, and how SEO fits within the broader marketing mix
• A minimum of five years of SEO experience, with strong knowledge of both strategic and technical SEO, and a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts
• Deep expertise in core SEO principles including keyword optimisation, backlinks, content optimisation, user experience, and performance analytics
• Experience delivering local and/or international SEO campaigns
• Strong client-handling and consultancy skills, with the ability to simplify complex SEO concepts for senior stakeholders and proactively identify growth opportunities for clients
• Excellent collaboration, organisational, and communication skills, with experience of coaching and mentoring others
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for SEO and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends
