Take ownership
Own the retention journey: Drive engagement by ensuring every interaction feels relevant, seamless, and rewarding.
Spot and act on behaviors: Track user patterns to understand loyalty - and respond quickly when engagement dips.
Help users discover more: Guide them to the features that fit their needs so they can get the most out of bunq.
Keep improving: Use behavioral insights to reduce friction, sharpen communication, and constantly level up the experience.
Requirements
Deep expertise in activation on and retention marketing — lifecycle strategies, churn reduction, personalized flows.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams product, data, marketing, and engineering.
A strong track record of using AI to personalize, automate, and optimize the user journey.
A bias for action and a love for measurable impact (aka, you like getting shit done 🚀).

＄ Gross monthly salary between €7,755 and €8,160 in Amsterdam
＄ Gross monthly salary between lev7,821 and lev8,229 in Sofia
