Procurement Specialist - Bulgarian & English

Our Client, a leading manufacturing company based in Sofia, is expanding its operations to meet growing production demands and is currently looking for a Procurement Specialist to join their dynamic team. 

Job Profile for Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Manage sourcing and supplier selection for key materials and services
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency
• Oversee inventory levels, procurement risks, and market trend monitoring
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with internal and legal policies
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and track performance
• Drive cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile for Procurement Specialist

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• University degree
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement (direct and indirect)
• Experience in a production-based or regulated environment will be considered a strong advantage 
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
