The Role
We're looking for a 360° Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This dynamic role combines both recruitment and client acquisition, making it ideal for someone who is commercially minded, independent, and driven to build lasting relationships with both candidates and companies.
You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle-from sourcing and screening candidates to generating new business and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Candidate Engagement:
- Source and recruit international candidates for entry to mid-level positions in fields like customer service, sales, finance, administration, logistics, and IT.
- Conduct screening, interviews, preparations interviews & candidate management
- Build talent pools and maintain candidate pipelines via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Write compelling job ads and occasionally contribute content to online channels.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to contract signing and onboarding.
Client Acquisition & Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential clients-international companies based in the Netherlands.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person networking.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain and grow client relationships for long-term success.
- Research industry trends and market opportunities to drive strategic growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, sales, HR, or business development-ideally within the Dutch or European market.
- A commercial mindset with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of a second European language is highly preferred.
- A genuine interest in working with international professionals and helping them find career opportunities in the Netherlands.
- Living in or near the Amersfoort, Utrecht, or Apeldoorn area is highly preferred.
- Must be legally allowed to work and live in the Netherlands (no sponsorship provided)
