About this role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships across the German-speaking market. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales process, from identifying new business opportunities and preparing quotations to negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Working closely with internal departments, including Purchasing, Operations, and Logistics, you will match customer requirements with available equipment while building a strong understanding of the company's product portfolio and target industries. You will proactively manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate records within the CRM system, follow up on customer enquiries, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.

- C2 or C1 level of the German language, with excellent communication skills in English.
- Dutch language skills at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective communication with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven experience working within a B2B environment and managing customer relationships.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and drive revenue growth.
- Interest in and affinity for industrial machinery, technical equipment, manufacturing, or process-related industries.
- Ability to quickly develop product and market knowledge to support both sales and purchasing activities.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, quotations, customer follow-up, and opportunity tracking through CRM systems.
- Confident using modern business software, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a portfolio of customers with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and customer requests.
- International business exposure and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers across different countries and cultures.
- A proactive, hands-on approach combined with a strong customer focus and solution-oriented mindset.

€4200-€4600 per month
