B2B Customer Service Representative | German

Our client is a global manufacturing company specializing in the kids care industry. We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in North Brabant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual who loves providing support to B2B clients, offering solutions and problem solving!

Key Responsibilities 

• Serve as the main contact for inquiries about orders, deliveries, and specific requirements
• Accept and process customer orders accurately as well as verifying their delivery feasibility
• Coordinate relevant financial activities (e.g., letters of credit, bank guarantees, advance payments)
• Analyze and report sales results regularly and actively work on realizing the sales plan monitoring its progress against targets
• Identify issues during customer interactions and inform sales managers.
• Consider country-specific and customer-specific requirements.

What You Bring

• Prior relevant experience in a similar position
• Professional fluency in both German and English
• Experience working with an ERP system is a plus. (e.g. Salesforce)
• Customer-oriented mindset while maintaining a clear focus on achieving sales targets
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to different stakeholders.

What We Offer

• A salary between € 2,600 and € 3, 000 based on your prior experience
• 13^th month salary
