Travel Advisor and Coordinator | Dutch

You'll be joining a close-knit team with ample opportunities for personal development. You'll provide top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include booking ideal travel destinations for clients, processing payments, maintaining up-to-date customer data, and staying in touch with both regular and new customers (including direct clients and travel agencies). You'll participate in sales events and ensure smooth operations at our Amsterdam office. After completing internal training, where you'll learn everything step by step, you'll also engage in outbound calls to our (potential) customers, handle complaints, and perform various administrative back-office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Play a Key Role in Customer Engagement
Welcome customers by phone or in person with a premium attitude.
Build personalized and lasting relationships with customers by proactively guiding them through the sales process.
Ensure follow-up and satisfaction with all customer interactions.
Create Tailor-Made Travel Experiences
Understand and gather customers' expectations and motivations.
Offer recommendations to design a customized travel experience.
Enhance the appeal of destinations, products, and the overall experience.
Develop Business Activity
Boost revenue by acquiring and retaining customers, as well as promoting additional services.
Identify business opportunities with clients (M&E, partnerships, sponsorships, influencers, referrals).
Update and track commercial data (customer database, data collection, complaint follow-up).
Requirements:
- You must be fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- A study background in Tourism is a big plus
- Affinity and interest in travelling
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Customer oriented and commercial mindset
- Friendly, easygoing and open personality

Salary Benefits:
- Salary between 32 and 37K incl 8% holiday allowance
