Guitar Service Specialist
About this role
Do you love repairing guitars and making sure every instrument plays and sounds the way it should? For a leading guitar and audio company in Zaltbommel, we’re looking for a Guitar Service Specialist. In this role you’ll dive into the heart of guitar repair and maintenance, working with instruments that will inspire musicians all over the world. Interested? Apply before September 19th at 18:00!
Your job as a Guitar Service Specialist
In our workshop, no two guitars are the same. One day you’ll be leveling frets and adjusting intonation, the next you’ll be replacing electronics or bringing back to life an instrument that didn’t pass Quality Control. You’ll make sure every guitar that leaves the shop meets the highest standards – ready to hit the stage, studio, or shop floor.
Your tasks include:
- Repairing and servicing guitars (fretwork, setups, electronics, intonation, parts replacement).
- Analyzing issues and deciding on the right fix.
- Logging your work carefully in our system.
- Managing and shipping spare parts to dealers and customers.
- Supporting colleagues and other departments with your technical knowledge.
Your workplace
You’ll join a small, specialized team of fellow guitar enthusiasts and technicians. Together with the Guitar Service Supervisor and your colleagues, you’ll ensure craftsmanship and quality are at the core of everything we do. The vibe? Professional when it comes to precision, relaxed when it comes to atmosphere. Expect teamwork, music talk, and plenty of passion for instruments.
What do you bring to the table?
- You know guitars inside out – as a player and as a repairer.
- Experience in technical guitar work (fret leveling, setups, electronics, etc.).
- Knowledge of guitar building and materials.
- Experience with quality inspection or working with technical standards.
- Strong organizational skills, eye for detail, and fluent English (spoken and written).
What’s in it for you?
- A job that combines craftsmanship with music every single day.
- Up to €2.700,- gross per month (based on full-time and experience).
- 32–40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.
- Work with high-quality instruments in an international environment.
- Grow professionally in a passionate, specialized team.
