Personal Development Delivery Administrator

What exactly are you going to do
As a personal development delivery administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the Online Personal Development team at our Centre in The Hague. You will ensure the smooth operation of online workshops and professional development programs for teachers, coordinators, and school leaders worldwide. With your strong organizational and customer service skills, you will manage participant registrations, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and provide administrative support for various projects. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be key to maintaining the high standards of our professional learning community.
What You Will Do:
- Manage: day-to-day participant administration in Moodle (LMS) and Smartsheet, including workshop creation, user enrollments, and file management.
- Support: act as the main point of contact for queries related to Moodle, resolving login issues, platform errors, and general inquiries.
- Troubleshoot: address minor technical issues on the platform and escalate to IT when necessary.
- Assist: provide administrative support for the Online Personal Development team, including tasks related to professional development projects and additional initiatives.
- Maintain: ensure accurate user records and data management across relevant systems and platforms.

- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Native (near) proficiency in English with knowledge of Spanish or French an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good degree of numeracy and literacy
- High degree of computing skills across a wide range of applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Moodle, SalesForce, Cvent)
- A demonstrated ability to learn and work with bespoke software applications
- High level of Internet literacy and associated applications. Familiar with different web technologies, including an understanding of typical issues that a site user may experience
- Able to work in a small team and manage and plan own workload
