[Video] The last of the Netherlands’ master millers

What is the one iconic thing that springs to mind when you think of the Netherlands? Clogs, cheese, tulips? What about windmills? The country is practically synonymous with them.

Windmills aren’t just there for you to look at - they actually have a job, or at least the millers using them do. They are still used today for things like grinding flour. Who knows, the bread you buy at the baker may be made from flour made at one of the Netherlands’ windmills.
