Make Rotterdam your base during this spectacular weekend dedicated to whisky! October 2022 will see the Whiskybase Gathering returning for the first time in two years! With countless kinds of whisky and live music, this is a superb event in Rotterdam for the whisky-loving expats among us.
This two-day event is a must for anyone with a penchant for the glorious drink as some of the top whisky distilleries will be exhibiting and selling their spirits in the magnificent Maassilo. Walk into the extensive post-industrial halls, where you'll be in a whisky connoisseur's heaven.
More than 30 stalls, workshops and tasting sessions will welcome you to the world of whisky, accompanied by atmospheric music! Most brands on display will be available to buy, with a lot more variety than what you might come across in Dutch bars and cafes. Guests are free to wander through the stalls and soak up the atmosphere.

At a typical edition of Whiskybase Gathering, you can also take part in a tasting masterclass at the Maassilo. Smell and taste the different whiskies at various stalls, from classic favourites to the more luxury brands.
