Characteristic monumental house from 1904 in the popular Dichterswijk. Within walking distance of the station and the city center. Two spacious double bedrooms. One with a double box spring bed, the other with a sofa bed. A spacious work table is also available in the second bedroom. Additionally, there are two children's rooms (one with a toddler bed and one optionally with a travel cot). Spacious living room, cozy kitchen, and a green city garden. Please note: there are two cats in the house. The tenant is requested to feed them daily. We are renting out our house on a one-off basis due to a trip abroad.
