Looking for a responsible and friendly subletter for my cozy and sunny appartment in the deep West of Rotterdam: Oud Mathenesse. It's a small but spacious appartment with a small balcony. You can live there as a couple, but it's not suitable for roomates since there are no seperate bedrooms. The appartment should be ready the first half of januari (some minor things i want to have finished). The neighbourhood is lively with a mix of younger people, older people and families with young children. The closest supermarket is a 5 minute walk and going to the city centre will take about 10 - 15 minutes by bike. There also are several options like tram, bus and metro closeby. No television, however there is a nice recordplayer! Registration not possible for 2 persons, maximum 1.
