The apartment is SSH& housing that I am subletting. This means that you must be full-time student in Nijmegen or Arnhem and has a valid proof of study, and be registered with SSH& (make an account), for more information please look at the SSH& site (search "SSH& sublease"). I will be going abroad for the first semester, thus the room is available from the 20th of August 2026 to the 18th of January 2027. The apartment is fully furnished.
