Living in a monumental building in Rotterdam’s city centre? Sounds like a dream, right? No need to look any further because this summer The FIZZ is opening their second building: WEST507 by The FIZZ, in Rotterdam Delfshaven.
The monumental building, which is also known as “Het Oceaanhuis” features great details such as the atrium, large windows, ceilings and mezzanines. Something old, something new and, maybe soon, your future apartment!
The newest location, WEST507 by The FIZZ, has 183 apartments which are City Lofts, Work & Live Lofts and Penthouses. All of the lofts feature mezzanines, which can be used as an (extra) bedroom, atelier, studio, you name it!
Loft, Type B1
You’d like an office at home? Then the Work & Live apartments are perfect for you! These lofts have an extra (working) space, besides your own living area. There is also a separate entrance to this space and there is even a separate toilet for your guests or clients. No need to hurry up to get to work or worry about traffic or public transport because you’ll be “at work” in no time.

A great part of WEST507 is that the penthouses are built on top of the building. These penthouses are new and have their own private terrace, where most of the penthouses offer a great view over the harbour, the Maas river or the Euromast.
For the people that do not have their own private terrace, don’t worry! On the third floor, expect to see a communal rooftop terrace where you can hang out, enjoy the view and get to know your fellow neighbours.
The Atrium is the place to be when it gets too chilly to hang out outside. In the Atrium, you can be in a courtyard where you’ll have enough sunlight, can hang out and even enjoy one of the FIZZ events.
Not convinced yet? At WEST507, it is also possible to share with friends. The FRIENDS apartments have multiple rooms and toilets, which makes it perfect to share. If you like the Work & Live Lofts but do not want the extra (working) space, it’s also possible to rent this loft without the atelier.
Sharing is caring, right? You would share the kitchen / living- and bathroom, but still have the privacy of your own bedroom. Prices start from 504 euros per month.
The FIZZ is known for its community living, which will also be the case at WEST507. This means that no one is alone and residents quickly become part of the active and international The FIZZ family.
There will be a lounge area, two meeting rooms that can be used by the residents, and weekly and monthly events, such as yoga classes, bootcamps, drinks, game nights and so much more!
What a hustle to get a parking spot in Rotterdam, right? Luckily, it is possible to get a parking spot in the garage of WEST507. The building also has a spacious storage area for your bikes. Because what is living in a Dutch city without a bicycle?!
