Rotterdam - The Hague Airport voted most popular in NL

By Mark McDaid

For the third time in a row Rotterdam The Hague Airport has been voted the most popular airport in the Netherlands by Dutch consumers.

Speed & Convenience

Most respondents to the vote noted that the speed and convenience offered by the airport were the most important considerations in voting for it.

Although the airport recorded some 10 percent more traffic in 2012 than in 2011, the speed with which travellers could traverse the airport still impressed.

Airport director, Roland Wondolleck, said that, "It is a special honour that customers again voted for our airport for Zoover Award."

The vote was conducted by Zoover, a consumer website for Dutch holidaymakers.
