Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant | German C1

Your job as a Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA), or better known as an Apothekersassistent in the Dutch market, will be to support the Pharmacist with the daily tasks around the pharmacy. You will work with patients to process orders and prescriptions as well as provide advice and answers to their questions. Escalating questions and working closely with the Pharmacist, Deputy Pharmacist, and Counseling Lead to resolve more complicated medication (safety) issues will also be an important part of your daily tasks. In addition, you will perform warehouse assessments (digitally) to check on inventory and the fulfillment of prescriptions and then provide a report to the Pharmacist and rest of the team. 

Requirements:

• PTA certification (An Apothekersassistent certification is also applicable);
• German C1/C2 level, written and spoken, a business level of English and Dutch is a plus;
• Consultation experience with patients/customers;
• Experience or affinity with online pharmacy;
• Proactive, results-oriented attitude;
• Knowledge of the German pharmacy and healthcare system.
