Technical Assistance Expert


Job Responsibilities and tasks:
· Network directly with customers towards identifying and solving technical issues
· Analyze and clarify upcoming customer requests
· Review cases for mechanical intricacy and advise accordingly
· Direct assistance to dealers and distributors with face-to-face interventions
· Review product documentation
· Installing, operating, and dismantling of machines for demonstrations
· Organizing technical training for dealers and distributors
· Monitoring skills and forewarning supervision about technical problems
· Elaborate the knowledge base for internal / external use
· Inspection and repair of returned / used machines for re-sale
· Maintenance, inspection, and repair of machines
· Advising, checking, and reviewing warranties and collaborate with the warranty department about proper warranty terms and conditions
· Advising and training salespersons about appliance conditions
· Support customer service with inquiries
