Shipping and Kitting Operator

What exactly are you going to do
As a shipping and kitting operator, you will contribute to the smooth and accurate preparation and shipment of non-wiped kits (NWKs) that support the CAR-T Manufacturing Platform. Your role involves working in compliance with GxP regulations and internal SOPs, ensuring materials are handled with precision and care. You’ll navigate both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments, manage temperature-sensitive shipments, and maintain accurate documentation using SAP. This position requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You Will Do:
- Pick and kit: gather raw materials based on SAP picking lists, assemble kits, and ensure all components are scanned and verified accurately.
- Label and document: generate and apply labels, maintain traceability, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Prepare shipments: handle temperature-sensitive shipments, pack kits into appropriate shippers, and ensure product safety and integrity during transit.
- Ensure quality and compliance: execute activities with dual-verification, follow line clearance procedures, and adhere to safety standards for handling materials like dry ice.
- Collaborate and communicate: work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations, report discrepancies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with a passion for operational excellence in a dynamic biotechnology environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is a plus.
- Experience in GMP/GxP-compliant environments is strongly preferred.
- Proficient with SAP or similar ERP systems for materials management.
- Comfortable working in cleanroom and temperature-controlled environments.
- Basic knowledge of cold chain logistics and material handling.
