- Develop and implement a long-term strategy for General Packaging, focusing on value creation, sustainability, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership. Ensure full alignment with business objectives and key stakeholders;
- Lead global sourcing activities for the category by defining sourcing plans and scopes, driving execution in line with strategic procurement goals;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to support innovation, sustainability efforts, and performance improvements through structured supplier relationship management;
- Translate the overall category strategy into a clear and actionable project roadmap. Oversee timely and complete project delivery through appropriate governance structures;
- Act as the subject matter expert for the category, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize spend and enhance category performance.
- Develop cost models to monitor pricing and support financial planning. Lead the annual budgeting process in line with internal controls and compliance requirements;
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on category strategies, sourcing initiatives, and program execution.
You will be hired through our agency on a 6-month temporary contract as a replacement for maternity leave.
The salary is approximately €6,000 gross per month based on a full-time position (40 hours per week), depending on education and experience.
