About this role
We are looking for a Senior Associate QA – Clinical Supply Chain to support the distribution and manufacturing processes of clinical trial products. In this role, you will ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards, provide QA oversight for investigational medicines, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to guarantee product quality and patient safety. This position is a temporary role covering a pregnancy and maternity leave.

- Perform batch record reviews to support QP certification of clinical trial materials.
- Review and approve clinical label artwork, SOPs, and minor deviations.
- Assess temperature excursions during transport and at clinical sites.
- Provide QA support on the production floor during packaging and labelling operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to resolve quality and compliance issues.
- Contribute to compliance reporting by preparing metrics and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or manufacturing within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and/or GCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Salary
€4700-€4900 per month
