Sales Support Specialist | Benelux & DACH
About this role
Our client is a fast-growing international company and the exclusive B2B partner for Rituals. They specialize in distributing premium Rituals gift sets and carefully curated products to business clients across multiple markets, supporting companies that want to give meaningful, high-quality gifts. To support continued growth, they are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join their commercial team.
In this role, you will act as the link between customers, the sales team, and logistics, ensuring a smooth order process while delivering excellent customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment where accuracy, communication, and commercial awareness go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring they are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers across the Benelux and DACH regions, providing timely updates and resolving queries professionally.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations and following up on commercial opportunities.
- Proactively contact existing customers and potential leads by phone to strengthen customer relationships.
- Coordinate closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in Salesforce and ensure data is always up to date.
Who You Are
- You are fluent in Dutch, German, and English, both written and spoken.
- You have an MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level.
- You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with customers.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and have a commercial mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
