• Provide vital administrative support to the Forwarding Scandinavia department.
• Manage the operational follow-up of logistics files, ensuring smooth transport processes.
• Craft and send compelling quotes, diligently following up to secure business.
• Maintain seamless communication within their CRM system.
• Drive department growth through effective relationship management and proactive acquisition strategies, including cold calling and emailing.

Requirements:

• Experience in road transport or intermodal forwarding, or a logistics background with a passion for learning.
• Sharp commercial instincts and decision-making skills.
• Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player with a thirst for knowledge and growth.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving industry.
• Proficiency in Dutch, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a bonus.
• Educational level of MBO or HBO, or equivalent experience.
