Account Relationship Coordinator | Business fluency in German

Are you looking for a high-level, B2B customer-oriented role? Do you thrive on being the spider-in-the-web and do you want to take your client relationship skills to a next level?

Delivering first class customer support to their business clients is key in this role. You will have a high level of ownership and you will be in charge of a portfolio of clients worth several millions. You will be responsible for both the commercial operations and the coordination of the entire order-to-cash cycle.

You will be:

- Coordinating the entire process by liaising with both internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers, logistics, credit, quality, commercial etc;
- The clients’ first point of contact regarding

  1. order placement,
  2. product availability and on time delivery,
  3. pricing, invoicing and cash collection,
  4. complaints handling.


In order to enjoy and be successful in this role you need to be a self-starting person who does not shy away from taking responsibility and ownership over your portfolio of high-end clients. Being resilient is an essential quality you need to bring to the table. While you need to be hands-on and have operational experience you still need to be open to new approaches. You are able to juggle several tasks at the same time and prioritize also in high-pressure times. Communicating clearly and effectively is second nature for you.

Furthermore, you need to have:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational customer serving / customer supporting / account management role;
- Business fluency in German and English;
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders.

Please note: This is a temporary role until mid-2022.

Salary Benefits:

Between €2.900 and €3.500 gross per month based on fulltime (40 hours per week)
Working is done remotely until further notice
