Key Responsibilities:
Lead R&D efforts and manage a multidisciplinary team;
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Agronomy, and Regulatory teams to develop and advance product pipelines;
Oversee the design and execution of development plans, including the preparation of registration dossiers for successful product commercialization;
Shape the strategic technology roadmap and champion sustainable innovation in product development;
Manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and protect intellectual property;
Represent the organization in interactions with external stakeholders, industry experts, and research partners;
Drive team development by enhancing capabilities and implementing long-term talent growth initiatives.
What Can You Expect From Us?
A yearly salary between €110.000 and €135.000, depending on your knowledge and experience.
