IT Support Engineer | English & Dutch


This role is designed for a dynamic and technology-driven professional, focused on supporting and enhancing the digital work environment through innovative IT solutions and strategies.
These are your main tasks:

  • Configuring and personalizing workplace setups to ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Continuously improving and automating processes within Microsoft 365 to promote efficiency and productivity.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT support within the team, providing problem-solving and technical guidance.
  • Managing, monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining internal applications and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and operational.

  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Security, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Skilled in using and managing Microsoft Intune.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Server 2019.
  • Skilled with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Active Directory.
  • Experience with network and infrastructure management, including routers, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, VLAN.
