Our client is a Med-tech company on a mission to improve outcomes in healthcare through advanced visualization and AI-driven solutions. Their products help professionals make better decisions, enhance training, and deliver greater value to patients.

Are you a hands-on Growth Marketer who is looking to work for a mission-driven company? We are looking for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize growth-focused campaigns across digital channels
• Execute marketing activities hands-on: ads, content, email, landing pages, SEO, etc
• Partner with Revenue Operations to refine funnel performance and measure impact
• Research and adopt new AI-driven marketing tools, tactics, and channels
• Ensure all campaigns comply with medical and regulatory standards
• Provide Sales with compelling messaging, collateral, and lead generation support
• Strengthen the brand presence across both digital and offline channels.

What You Bring

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in growth or digital marketing
• A growth mindset with enthusiasm for experimentation and iteration
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to set KPIs, measure impact, and adapt quickly
• High attention to detail and awareness of compliance in regulated industries – Coming from Med-Tech, Fin-Tech, Medical Device, or Pharma industry is a must.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, RevOps, and Product teams
• Startup-ready: adaptable, resourceful, and energized by fast-moving environments.

• Initial 1-year contract with the prospect of transitioning to a permanent position
• Flexible hours and hybrid work setup (32–40 hours per week) with weekly in-person team meetings
• 25 days of annual leave (based on full-time employment)
