Temporary Opportunity for 2 Months
Our client, a fast-growing lifestyle footwear brand with a strong presence in the digital retail space, is looking for a Digital Merchandiser to support their eTail and marketplace accounts across Europe. This is a short-term contract opportunity ideal for someone who understands digital retail, has solid merchandising experience, and enjoys working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:

Act as the main merchandising contact for eTail sales teams and key digital accounts.

Build well-curated, strategic product assortments aligned with regional sales objectives.

Allocate inventory to marketplace partners, ensuring optimal sell-in and sell-through.

Contribute to accurate forecasting and respond to in-season performance trends to meet inventory goals.

Support the seasonal Individual Buy Plan (IBP) process and ensure alignment with broader merchandising strategies.

Conduct post-season analysis to guide future product and investment decisions.

Monitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive and commercially relevant.
Requirements:

1.5 to 3+ years of experience in merchandising or buying, ideally with a focus on digital or eTail environments.

Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data to drive decisions.

Solid understanding of the footwear and/or apparel market.

Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders.

A flexible mindset and proactive approach to solving problems in a fast-paced setting.
