Retail Allocator | Temporary

Temporary Opportunity for 3 Months 

Our client, a globally recognized footwear brand known for its innovation and comfort-focused designs, is currently seeking a Retail Allocator to support their retail operations team. This is a temporary contract role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute in-season product allocations and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels across stores.

• Adjust inventory based on real-time sales data and performance trends.

• Maintain accuracy in the allocation system (Aptos), ensuring timely updates and adjustments.

• Analyze store performance and inventory levels to highlight potential risks and identify sales opportunities.

• Provide ad hoc reporting to assist in decision-making and allocation strategies.

• Track inventory orders and store capacity, partnering with Retail Operations to optimize order distribution.

• Collaborate closely with Planning, Buying, and Merchandising teams to align with broader business strategies.

• Manage allocation planning for seasonal product launches, promotional events, markdown periods, and new store openings or relocations.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related discipline.

• 1.5 to 3+ years of experience in retail allocation or planning.

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with allocation systems (Aptos experience is a plus).

• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication abilities.

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
