About this role
Our client, a globally recognised energy corporation with a strong international presence, is currently seeking a creative Communication Content Specialist to join their dynamic, multicultural, and multilingual team in The Hague.
Job Profile for Communication Content Specialist
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop creative content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audiences
- Design and create quality multimedia content for a variety of platforms in line with the developed communications strategies, while managing content recording and archiving
- Prepare speeches for senior management
- Proofread and edit articles, speeches, presentations, social media content and other content forms
- Coordinate content approvals from relevant stakeholders
- Track content analytics and use these statistics to improve communications plans and content deliverables proactively
- Work with the company’s content management system to publish, edit and update content
- Serve as a brand guardian to maximise brand exposure and ensure all messaging, brand signage, and other collaterals meet the company’s branding guidelines
- Align and work with key regional stakeholders to develop best practices that build capability across the European market
Candidate Profile for Communication Content Specialist
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other European languages is desirable but not mandatory (e.g., Dutch, Polish, French, Spanish)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other tools for motion graphics as well as static content such as infographics, banners, presentations etc.
- Exceptionally good written communication skills, with close attention to detail
- Expert storyteller with good knowledge of content trends
- Strong content creation skills across both written and multimedia formats
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented mentality
- “Self-starter” mentality, demonstrated by continuously and proactively generating initiatives to improve work and develop innovative approaches based on feedback
- Flexible approach to work and ready to adapt to changes in business strategy and ongoing campaigns and initiatives
