Marketing Communications Manager | Temporary

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and long-term communication plans that strengthen our brand, generate demand for our solutions, and support business growth across international markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that every customer touchpoint consistently reflects our messaging and value proposition while delivering measurable business results.
You will collaborate with Commercial Strategy, Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing, Creative Services, and external partners to create impactful campaigns and optimize performance. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences across both digital and offline channels.Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through launch and optimization.
• Create campaign messaging, manage creative briefs, oversee asset development, and coordinate campaign execution across multiple channels.
• Monitor campaign progress, manage timelines, and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Strategy, Product Marketing, and external agencies to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Continuously evaluate customer insights, market trends, and emerging marketing practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Support the development of seamless customer journeys by integrating digital and offline marketing activities.
• Act as a marketing ambassador, promoting collaboration and best practices across regional and global teams.
