Floor Manager - Dutch & English

We are now looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join their expanding team in Utrecht. 

Job Profile for Floor Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Manage a diverse team and foster a positive, motivating work environment
• Oversee daily operations, including planning and task delegation
• Work alongside the team on the floor to lead by example
• Ensure high service quality and strive for optimal customer satisfaction
• Handle special requests and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate closely with fellow Floor Managers and report directly to the Operations Manager

Candidate Profile for Floor Manager

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Possess a minimum of MBO (Intermediate Vocational Education) level or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication skills and a motivating personality
• Organisational talent with attention to detail
• Stress-resistant
