Take ownership:
As an Internal Auditor for Growth, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring we’re always growing stronger by digging deep into bunq’s growth engine, so that everything runs smoothly for our users and the teams behind the scenes.
Identifying weak spots in the way we operate towards growth, before and as they emerge.
Turning complex findings into clear, prioritized, actionable recommendations that directly improve bunq’s growth while keeping our user’s trust and bunq’s speed intact.
Ensuring that corrective actions (CAP items) actually get implemented on time and that root causes are truly solved - not just patched over.
Requirements
You have proven skills in auditing business growth levers - words like profitability models, customer acquisition costs, or brand metrics speak to you.
You think like an owner and make decisions that drive real business impact.
You can turn data into insights, and break down complex financial, brand, or partnership data into actionable intelligence.
You understand how to strategize & prioritize between most long-term growth vs. urgent needs.
Applying Root Cause Analysis holds no secret to you, especially in high or medium risk scenarios tied to growth areas.
You’re able get teams across a company to act fast on recommendations, in our user’s best interest, always.
You’re familiar enough with AI oversight frameworks to review the use of AI in marketing, partnership, or product growth areas, spotting compliance or trust risks.

＄ In the Netherlands: Gross monthly salary between €5,432 and €5,802 (based on a 32h work week)
＄In Istanbul: Gross monthly salary between €2,865 and €3,061 (based on a 32h work week)
