As a Partner Success Consultant, you would be part of our client's central team, specializing in developing the success operations for the French market. Within the department, they handle a wide variety of queries regarding Microsoft Licensing. You would also have a hand in developing the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement business line. Some of your specific responsibilities would include:

  • Providing support to partners regarding Microsoft Dynamics support questions;
  • Assisting partners with ordering licenses and placing orders in the platform;
  • Managing your own support queue;
  • Escalating queries and assisting with these when needed;
  • Keeping your partners timely informed about progress of tickets;
  • Onboarding new French partners;
  • Managing content for the French market (translations, etc.);


Since our client is focused on providing the highest level of care and support to their partners, it's imperative that you have a service oriented mentality. While you should be able to work proactively and independently, team work is highly valued within their organization - so you should be happy to collaborate within your colleagues to get the job done. Their team always strives for quality, so being efficient, thorough and accurate is essential. In addition to this, you should also have:

  • A commercial drive and customer focused mindset;
  • 3 years of relevant work experience;
  • A business level of French (C2) and English;
  • Knowledge of the IT industry;
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Application is highly preferred, and experience with licensing of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Business Central is a big plus;
  • Permission to live and work in the Netherlands (work permit sponsorship is not an option);
