Outside Sales Representative | German and Arabic



  1. (Key)Client Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and coordinating the sales process to meet customer requirements effectively.
  2. Product Availability and Merchandising: Visit supermarkets and retailers to ensure our products are adequately stocked, identify any gaps in product availability, and gather insights on customer preferences. Collaborate with the purchasing department to address any supply chain issues and optimize product placement strategies.
  3. Market Analysis and Recommendations: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, identifying opportunities for product improvements and new business development.
  4. Marketing and Promotional Activities: Work closely with supermarkets to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase product visibility, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness.
  5. New Business Development: Actively prospect and identify potential new clients within the assigned territory, presenting our product range, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Continuously seek opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share.


What do we expect from you?

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the food industry or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to drive sales and secure business deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed business recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Germany, with occasional travel to other European countries as required.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal. Due to the fact you will do business with mostly Arabic or Turkish supermarkets, you will need to speak at least one of these languages as well.

Salary Benefits:

  • A 1 year of 7 month contract, followed by another temporary contract, which will be followed by a permanent contract
  • 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
  • Travel cost allowance of €0,21 per kilometer
  • Bonus based on performance
