Frontend Engineer
About this role
Frontend Engineer
In a technically exciting and fast-evolving environment, you will help us build digital trust products for organizations. Our team enables the use of verifiable information in business processes: eID, verifiable credentials, organization identity, KYB, digital signatures, PDF validation, trust chains, and related onboarding flows.
Many trust, verification, and compliance processes are still manual, fragmented, and costly. We want to change that by building simple, secure, and easy-to-integrate products that allow organizations to verify information, trace it back to an authentic source, and create better user experiences for their customers and partners.
As a Frontend Engineer, you will design and implement modern web applications and user journeys for these products. You will work closely with backend engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, UX specialists, and ecosystem partners to turn complex trust and compliance topics into clear, reliable, and user-friendly interfaces.
What impact will you have?
Build intuitive and reliable web frontends for digital trust, eID, verification, onboarding, and compliance-related products.
Translate complex business and regulatory processes into simple, guided, and user-friendly workflows.
Work on B2B products around verifiable credentials, organization identity, KYB, PDF validation, e-seals, and trust infrastructure.
Collaborate with backend and platform engineers on API integration, authentication, authorization, and secure data handling.
Improve the UX of existing tools and help shape new products from concept to production.
Contribute to frontend architecture, component quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and operational stability.
Help the team build market-driven products that create real value, not just technical functionality.
Requirements
Must-haves:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
5 years of professional experience building JavaScript/TypeScript single-page applications.
Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, browser APIs, responsive design, accessibility, and frontend testing.
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and distributed backend systems.
UX-focused engineering mindset and interest in simplifying complex user journeys.
Ability to work in an agile, international, and cross-functional DevOps team.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with identity, authentication, authorization, eID, digital signatures, onboarding, compliance, or regulated B2B products.
Knowledge of verifiable credentials, wallets, trust chains, PKI, certificates, or related digital trust concepts.
Experience with CI/CD, GitLab/GitHub pipelines, cloud services, containers, or infrastructure-as-code environments.
Experience with design systems, component libraries, accessibility standards, or frontend platform engineering.
Willingness to take ownership of both development and operational quality.
Strong communication skills, pragmatic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
