Currently, they are looking for a motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Support Analyst to join their team in Sofia remotely.
In the role, you will take ownership of complex technical incidents, develop and deploy robust solutions, and drive continuous improvement across a live enterprise D365 F&O environment.
Job Profile for D365 F&O L3 Technical Support Analyst (SCM)
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the Level 3 technical escalation point for D365 Finance & Operations incidents, problems, and service requests
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues, including performance, data, integration, batch, and environment-related issues through root cause analysis
- Develop and implement high-quality technical fixes, including X++ extensions, customisations, data corrections, and system enhancements following Microsoft best practices
- Design, develop, and support D365 F&O solutions including X++, SSRS reports, Data Entities, OData services, batch processing, and integrations
- Optimise application performance through troubleshooting, query tuning, workload optimisation, and technical improvements
- Support integrations, data migration, reconciliation activities, and controlled data correction processes
- Contribute to release management, deployments, environment support, and Lifecycle Services (LCS) activities across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments
- Manage Azure DevOps activities, including work items, repositories, pull requests, pipelines, and releases
- Support security management, including user access, roles, duties, privileges, and licensing activities
- Operate within ITIL-aligned service management processes and produce technical documentation, including RCA reports and knowledge articles
- Identify recurring issues, implement automation opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
Candidate Profile for D365 F&O L3 Technical Support Analyst (SCM)
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- 5+ years of hands-on D365 Finance & Operations development experience
- Proven experience supporting production environments, managed services, or BAU support functions
- Strong experience delivering supportable customisations and technical solutions within live enterprise environments
- Advanced knowledge of X++, extensions, event handlers, Chain of Command, debugging, and log analysis
- Experience with SSRS reports, Data Entities, Data Management Framework (DMF), OData services, and integrations including REST APIs and Azure technologies
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), deployable packages, servicing, and application updates
- Experience troubleshooting security roles, duties, privileges, and user access management
- Experience supporting multi-legal entity and multi-country D365 Finance & Operations implementations is advantageous
- Experience in Telecommunications, Satellite Communications, or other regulated industries is advantageous
