As Project Lead Learning & Development, you are responsible for successfully delivering learning initiatives that align with strategic goals. You will collaborate with colleagues across five international regions and act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, translating their needs into practical, high-quality learning interventions.

In this role you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from intake and design to development and implementation. You will translate business needs into effective learning programs, manage internal and external development teams, and coordinate resources to ensure high-quality delivery. In addition, you proactively identify opportunities to innovate and optimize learning processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead (international) learning and development projects from start to finish;
- Translate business goals into effective and engaging learning solutions;
- Manage development teams and coordinate internal and external resources;
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across global regions;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation;
- Report on progress, risks, and project impact.
This is a temporary position for 36 hours per week, starting as soon as possible until the end of October, 2026. You will work in a hybrid set-up. The role offers a competitive salary up to €6,500 gross per month, based on a full-time schedule.
