About this role

Are you passionate about creating a workplace where people can thrive? Our client is looking for a People & Culture Support who will act as the bridge between the P&C team and the wider organization. In this role, you’ll be both a culture ambassador and a trusted advisor, making sure HR practices support the business while fostering an inclusive and positive environment.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Overseeing the performance review cycle and supporting managers in the process.
  • Spotting training needs, approving development requests, and helping employees grow.
  • Managing HR tools and ensuring processes are up to date and effective.
  • Promoting workplace safety and employee well-being.
  • Drafting and rolling out new policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Handling pre-payroll activities and ensuring smooth administration.
  • Managing contracts, sick leave, benefits, rewards, and evaluation records.
  • Making sure all communication, activities, and policies reflect the company culture.

This is a role where structure meets people focus: you’ll keep the essentials running smoothly while helping shape a great workplace for everyone.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:
  • Professional-level fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of competence.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar People & Culture or HR role, including administration and performance management.
  • A self-starter who is organized, structured, and proactive.
  • Comfort working in a diverse, international environment with colleagues from all over the world.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support others to perform at their best.
  • A strategic mindset: you consider the long-term impact of your decisions while keeping an eye on the details.
  • Open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity: you value different perspectives and communicate without assumptions.
