HR Generalist | Dutch | part-time
About this role
One of our clients- a global Logistics and Supply Chain company opening a new warehouse in Amsterdam, is looking for an HR Generalist for a part-time/20 hours per week role.
The HR Generalist -based in the new warehouse offices, will be responsible for managing all tasks along the employee life cycle and supporting leaders in all HR related matters.
Successful candidates should bring at least a couple of years of experience in a similar setting, speak Dutch and be available for 20 hours- ideally spread over 5 days.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Act as the point of contact for Warehouse leaders and employees on daily employment matters

Handle employee lifecycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development and offboarding, including the creation of relevant documents

Support global compensation processes by generating reports and reviewing data

Assist in payroll process, in cooperation with the payroll service provider

Support the local HRBP with process updates and rollouts in the Warehouse

Main Requirements:

At least 3 years of HR Generalist/HR Admin experience, ideally in a similar position in a blue-collar environment

Expert knowledge of Dutch labor law

Fluency in English and Dutch is must

Analytical skills, attention to detail and result oriented
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
