Take Ownership:
Source, assess, and hire bunq-fit for senior leadership and other critical roles to our growth plans.
Own the entire recruiting cycle, from sourcing to signed offer
Design and deliver training workshops for recruiters and hiring managers on effective candidate interviewing techniques.
Requirements
Ability to build and leverage networks, industry insights, and advanced sourcing strategies to connect with senior leadership candidates.
Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidate profiles, and influence decision-making with data-driven insights.
Skilled at assessing leadership potential through behavioral interviews, case discussions, and structured evaluation frameworks.
Deep knowledge of industry trends and leadership talent movements.
Proven ability to design and deliver workshops for recruiters and hiring managers on structured interviews, bias reduction, and competency-based assessment.
