Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will take the lead in an exciting HR transformation. With rapid growth underway, this role is key to positioning HR as a true strategic partner in the business. The focus is on shaping and safeguarding the people vision while ensuring employees stay aligned with organizational goals in a human and meaningful way.
What you will do
  • Support and guide managers in areas such as talent development, organizational change, performance management, and leadership growth
  • Bring understanding of FMCG and Retail business operations and use strong problem solving skills to drive impactful people initiatives
  • Advise managers and team leads on HR topics including workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Identify HR trends and translate them into initiatives or policy proposals
  • Implement and execute the HR strategy while supporting change and transformation across the organization
  • Work closely with HR specialists to provide integrated and cross functional solutions
  • Monitor HR KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
  • Act as a connector between Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment in people decisions

Your support teamYou will be part of a wider HR team that includes an HR Manager, HR Advisor, HR Administrator, Office Manager, and Recruiters.

Requirements

Requirements
  • Experience and knowledge of retail operations and business processes
  • Proven track record in fast paced environments where adaptability and resilience are essential
  • Strong problem solving abilities with a forward looking approach to change, performance management, and leadership development
  • Servant leadership mindset with the ability to strengthen commercial and operational departments
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing senior leadership teams
  • Proactive and self starting approach with the ability to create value driven HR business cases
  • Ability to bring structure, vision, and decisiveness while driving execution
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a strategic HR role or board level HR environment
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law

Salary

€5000-€6000 per month

The company

The company is an ambitious import/trading company in non-food consumer products for daily use. They import products in the field of personal care, daily cleaning and office needs. The customer base includes nearly all supermarkets and non-food retailers in Benelux, France, and Germany.
