Lab Customer Support Consultant



Do you have a natural affinity for (bio) technology or laboratories? Are you service minded? Do you like to be the link between our customers & our business? Then we are looking for you! You come to the office in the morning, a vet is calling you. they have to plan a surgery on Molly the cat and it requires additional tests that need to be sent to one of our laboratories based on the preliminary testing results. To be successful in this role there are a couple of mandatory elements. You must be customer oriented, you will need to speak fluent English, any other languages (Preferably Nordics) is also an advantage.  You should have excellent English telephone and written skills, with the ability to establish rapport with your customers. You need to understand how the world of laboratories runs, knowledge of the Veterinary world is an advantage.
